I can’t recall staying at a hotel that was so clean, inside and out. From the moment you checked in to the moment you checked out, the staff was attentive to your needs. The dining room was immaculate and lacked of nothing. The wait staff were observant and were replacing items constantly. The room was spacious and again cleaned every day. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I will seek out other Silken hotels if they all operate like this one!!👏👏👏

It is like a large Orlando hotel that has good AC, good food, clean rooms that have been modernized, and a pool. You have beautiful views of Sevilla as you are on a hill. We enjoyed our stay. If you are going into Sevilla, parking in the city center is a nightmare. If you decide to take the metro, you will need to take the hotel shuttle to the metro station. When you want to return to the hotel, having access to your phone to call the front desk to notify them that you are at San Juan Bajo...

The property was very nice and well kept. The Restaurant staff in the morning and especially for dinner were very attentive and professional. Dinner was excellent!

This is an enchanting hotel full of hidden patios, lush greenery and surprises around every corner. A definite must stay if you plan to overnight in Sevilla.

WE were so welcomed at this Hotel from the moment we walked through the door. Laura was one of the nicest people we met on our whole trip. Full of advice and very enthusiastic about Sevilla. We arrived during the hottest part of the day and were escorted to our room by Alphonso who returned a few minutes later with cold water and a fruit tray! La ubicación del hotel es fantástica, por decir algo malo, cuando hemos estado nosotros estaba en obras la zona y como no tienen parking propio, sino que se usa el del corte inglés, hay que ir cargado con el equipaje. El hotel está bien, limpio, con la decoración cuidada. Es silencioso, la cama cómoda, habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Es perfecto para visitar la ciudad por la cercanía a los puntos clave. Si volvemos a la ciudad probablemente repitamos con este hotel.

The Hotel Rey Alfonso is located on what I'd describe as the outer rim of the Santa Cruz section. So it's perfect for people (like me) who want to be near the action but not IN the action. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were lovely and helpful - when we discovered that all of the places we were considering for dinner were closed on Monday (at 2130 Monday), the man working the desk provided us with a list of options sorted by tapas bars and restaurants, and we quite enjoyed one of his picks. Breakfast was substantial and very good. When we accidentally left the “do not disturb” sign on our room for most of one day, the cleaning staff still managed to refresh it during...

Once we were there, everything was fantastic. Only thing that was bad was their communication before arriving at the hotel. Sent several emails to them before arrival, which were never answered. Once there I told them about this and there was no hint of apologies.

Muy bonito y céntrico, el staff fue muy atento.

Clean and comfortable room. The towels were big and soft, the commodities were the essential (soap, shampoo and shower gel). The only problem was the bathroom: due to its strange shape, it was hard to sit on the toilet and the toilet brush was missing. All in all, it was a nice stay, in a great position and with a very reasonable price. Recommended.

The reception ladies were very helpful with things like reserving a bus, a cab, or giving suggestions. The bed was very comfortable-by Europe standards. The location is very central, near the plaza de arenas bus station and el Cortes ingles. We walked everywhere! The only 2 complaints are the shower is tiny ams the walls are very thin. Had a hard time falling asleep one night because I could hear the people above me and in the lobby. Overall wonderful stay, I highly recommend.
