Yes the floors are creaky and plumbing is ancient but we loved being there and the Parador is due to close shortly for major renovation. "

"Staying in an old monestestary is special. Building has so much history as you stay in friars actual rooms. No air con so bare this in mind in summer but hotel staff are l9vel. "

We didn't have breakfast in the cafe below as we had food to use before getting the boat home but we were asked. Very quiet in the winter months. Would stay again. "
