"Location is the best thing about this place. Room was clean and we had a fridge. Right across the street from the Square. Tons of places for eats, drinks, and shopping. You can walk out the courtyard and into the Juno Wine Garden!"

"Staff was very responsive, A+. Location A+. The property was not the one advertised on hotels.com!! But it was in the same area, right in the center. Just no view, and not what we expected. No pictures of our room were on hotels.com. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and much bigger than we were expecting. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the softer bed in the lounge area was great as well. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was excellent. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Brasov Old Town, making it easy to explore the area, and it was also very easy to reach from the airport. Estzer, our host, was lovely, and every member of staff we met was super helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily return in the future."

"Hotel was nice and staff pleasant. BUT I chose this hotel because it listed air conditioned rooms. The A/C systems were not turned on yet. Our room got quite warm and a call to the desk confirmed no A/C was possible. Despite the Expedia listing. I filter my searches by ONE category- air conditioning. We then opened the one window to cool the room. After 5 minutes of hearing the dogs barking in Sinaia, we had to close the window, toss the covers off, and make do. Fortunately one there one night and moved on very tired. If you like sleeping in a cold room, check to see if their A/C is on! Would not have chosen this property. Shame, nice place and location."

"Located just off the main square (300 metres or so), the property provides parking for a fee. Close to all old town attractions including the Black Church, the gondola, the weekend market in the square, the Citadel, etc. The breakfast spread is amazing with many hot and cold selections. The staff were amazing with helpful hints and even provided a bagged breakfast as we had to leave early on our last day. We stayed four nights and explored the nearby Transylvania countryside including Sighişoara, Bran Castle, Fagaras, Sinaia (Peles) and sights in between."
