Spent a week here and honestly didn't want to leave. The place is absolute paradise ! surrounded by green mountains, pure quiet, and the sound of the river. The rooms are super clean and cozy, the pool and sauna area were perfect after a day of exploring, and the food and especially the wine... incredible. You have to try their wine while you're there! Greeting palace to stay , The owner of the property is a very nice and helpful person. The owner of the residence provides delivery of food, drinks and hookahs to the place of residence. A place with a beautiful view of nature The cabin is very spacious. I recommend trying it

Overall everything was pleasant, the free breakfast was the best part of my stay. Good vibes and open room that was comfortable.

The property is nice overall, suitable for families with kids and sportsmen (variety of games, interior design, professional gym, outdoor swimming pool, etc). Rooms are nice and functional (we stayed in a suite and it was above expectations), nice view, the location is not so good (far from the center) and dining options are very limited. The worst was the service (mainly front desk): they are all young and not properly trained to sort out anything, definitely require some improvement.

Very helpful property manager Anani... he accommodated a request that we made to modify our reservation without any hesitation. The apartment is nice with great views. It was very clean and the furniture is basic. Things to keep in mind... only 1 bathroom, no parking available & it is not a hotel, these are apartments.

It was excellent, rooms were clean, reception was friendly and breakfast was amazing. so worth of staying here. I would recommend it .❤️🥰

Staying at Grand City Batumi Apartments was truly a pleasure. The apartment was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable it really seemed like every detail was considered to make the stay simple. Great hotel with a nice location , staff were very freindly and spioke some English although in Georgia English language is a common issue. Hotel location is a big plus, within 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and famous landmarks on the seafront such as Ali and Nino Statue and others. There are also small grocary stores within 5 minutes walk. The bathroom has water bidet which was a big advantage especially for people from the Middle East.

The hotel was super clean and it was a ome bedroom condo in a newly built hi-riser. The area was where locals live. It was 15 min walk to the beach area. We felt super safe anywhere in the city. I will go back and stay at this hotel again for sure. The food at their roof top was amazing. The breakfast was included and was superb. It was hard to find the hotel so take out the “permen” part pf the street name in order to find it in the maps. Definitely book it, you will love it !
