Unbelievably incredible hotel! This place is a PALACE! The pictures shown online do not do it justice. I created an entire photo album just of photos I took in the hotel! The property was absolutely beautiful. Availability was great, the only thing that I will remark on is that there is not a pool in the hotel or any other surrounding hotels. I went searching for an outdoor pool and could not find one in the area of Cayala. That is the only thing I would recommend. Any pool that could be shared by that hotel and others would be great. Not the AC hotel's fault, will always choose this hotel line.

This was one of the best hotels I have every stayed in. It is absolutely beautiful and super clean. It's very small so each room has a fantastic view. The city outside the hotel isn't great but the front desk can arrange transfers for you to go to different places. They also have great activities in Guatemala that they plan.
