Breakfast was lovely as was the breakfast room and the smiling staff to greet you in morning. The location is perfect for dining, wine tasting and exploring the area. The property is very very clean, tidy and comfortable and overlook their vineyard. We would definitely stay here again!

Casa Nicolini was the last stay of 9 Places on our tour in Italy, and I'm happy to tell, that this place was the one, where we received most for your money. Very nice rooms (some with a view over the wine yards), an excellent restaurant with local dishes and again with a super view. The staff and the waiters were very kind and the food was delicious. The included breakfast was one of a kind - we never saw anything better on our trip. The pool was a little worn and a bit dirty, but usuable.

The property itself was beautiful, built into a mountain. The room and property were very nice, a renovated villa property. They had a pool and spa in addition to two restaurants at the property. There was ample parking. The staff was very attentive and helpful, something we didnt receive at other properties. Overall, a phenomenal stay.

The ladies that run this place are absolutely lovely and so helpful. The room is bright and clean with a comfy bed. The property is right in the old town walking distance to attractions, shops, restaurants, even the train station is an easy walk, and their little cafe is lovely! Highly recommend!

Wow! Great, large room with warm and soft bedding, an absolutely beautiful vista overlooking a vineyard, wonderful hosts, and fine food. Thank you, Francisco, for being so welcoming. It's just a hop and skip to Neive and Barbaresco with their stunning vistas and vineyards. Date of stay: May 2024 Room Tip: Don't let Asti get you down....this place is a good find.

Beautiful property in the center with easy access to vineyards and towns. The grounds were stunning and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Converted castle property, but very modern and fully-improved facilities on the inside. Incredible views from the rooms with balconies facing south. Good breakfast. Nice bed, spacious room, nice bathroom; everything worked (not that common in Italian hotels haha). Access road is a little difficult, and parking is tight but available. But the nice room and views make this a wonderful place to stay in a prime location to visit multiple cities in the Langhe region with short drives. Highly...

We have stayed here multiple times and it‘s the best stay in the area for a good price. Great, comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast. Good location. And their Restaurant Il Centro is my favorite in the area and just 50m from the Dimora. We will come back, again, again and again :)

Great views from the spacious rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. We found the time at the hotel to be time well spent.

Helpful staff, great breakfast, and beautiful views. They were particularly helpful in recommending local wineries and restaurants even on a moment’s notice. There were a few small things that could be improved—the fridge in our room never worked, for example, but we didn’t need it. I’d happily return in the future.
