very welcoming staff. beautiful place to have dinner, watching the full moon rising next to the old church up on the hill. bed comfortable; room a little small. nice bathroom. we would definitely stay at this hotel again!
This place is wonderful! Frank was friendly and hospitable. The room was spacious, charming and well-appointed. Breakfast in the morning was far above average. The cheese plate was especially good.
The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. We had the best time in Albi! Hotel es Pasteliers made our time in Albi even better. The Hotel is in walking distance to the city centre. The Hotel is charming and the people are so warm it made our stay very memorable. They gave us wonderful dinner suggestions. I would stay here again!

Staff is always very kind and helpful. Parking limited but got there early so had no issue. Walked to the basilica even though I am not a good walker! So I appreciated being close enough.
