"I recently had a disappointing experience during my stay at the hotel. I booked four rooms for a total of eight people through hotel.com and had paid for all the accommodations and taxes in advance. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the service was exceptionally slow. I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes just to speak with the receptionist. "A very good hotel with an amazing breakfast! Fantastic parking with a lot of fast chargers for EV car just outside the hotel. Friendly staff! Great restaurants in the same building. Spacious rooms but with a too small wardrobe for longer stays. A lot of activities close by and walking distance to Hoorn city centre. Over all a very nice hotel with nice views!"

"Something different. Stayed in a so called Pipo wagon which was really nicely done and very comfortable. A bottle of red wine was waiting upon arrival and freshly baked bread rolls in the morning. A lovely experience. "
