The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. We were picked up at our hotel (not included in booking here, but is on the Signature Website). It is approximately a 3 1/2 - 4 hours drive with a stop at a large shop with art, sculptures, etc. upon arrival, you have to wait approx. 15 - 25 minutes to board the boat. You then walk (equal to 1 - 2 blocks) take a smaller boat to get the ship (5 min. trip). You check into your room (very clean) and head upstairs for lunch. Luxurious. Comfortable beds. Great food. Smooth ride. Excellent in all respects.

The room was cute and had a fun vibe to it. The owner was very accommodating to our needs.

The best part was the staff, so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast omelettes were great, with a view of the harbor. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. Highly recommend, especially for the money.

.Our first room was too small for our family of four, so we needed to upgrade to an "elegant" room. This room was away nicer than what we are normally used to getting in the USA, but the splurge was worth it. Hotel and the staff was great. But they need to have more food choice. We was there 3 days. Eat same food. No fruits choice but watermelon. No snack or vegetables, salad or else. Although we was happy with the hotel

The Song Loc Luxury is a beautiful hotel. It seems to be brand new and very nicely decored. We slept in the most comfortable bed and the bathroom was big with a wonderful shower. The hotel is conveniently located, with a huge indoor market right across the street. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. 2nd time stayed there. Not the greatest by western standard, but it was the best and cleanest in town. The room was room. Staffs were very helpful
