I couldn’t ask for more! This hotel is more than beautiful! The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable 🌹 and the food from the 3 restaurants that we tried was so delicious! ( Yulong mansion, Roku Japanese restaurant and bar, marina’s kitchen)

We stayed in a 4-bedroom garden view villa. It was an amazing experience. Classy and impressive villas, infrastructure, and last but not least service! We loved every moment of our stay. We also stayed, in the same trip, at another 5-star establishment in the same vicinity but we all enjoyed Premier Village much better. Highly highly recommended!

Staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice. In house restaurant was fantastic. Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant.

Staff: The staff spoke good English and was super helpful with recommendations. Location: the hotel was a bit farther but still a quick grab ride to downtown, beach club, and other Ha Long attractions. Room: Clean, modern, and clean. The room was decent size and had everything that we needed. Other: Breakfast was good but a bit pricey. Amenities and bar was good. Overall, this was a good stay!

The hotel is brand new, so I would strongly recommend it, just by that virtue alone. But on top, the staff was amazing - very friendly and organized they were drugging our baggage, calling us taxi and opening doors for us 24/7. The placement of the hotel is also great - just one block away from a lot of night life and the night bazaar. If I would recommend something that is the increase the temperate of the swimming pool on the top floor to make it more pleasant for swimming.

Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use gym or bar. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is located in a quieter and cleaner part of the district. You can walk to most attractions - beach or ropeway or restaurants. Lobby and rooftop are pretty, so are stairs. Nice restaurant part of the hotel. The front office staff were wonderful, always smiling and helpful - 7* for them. Lovely Sunrises can be seen from the pool deck of Halong Bay. Would surely return to the hotel.
