We stayed in a 4-bedroom garden view villa. It was an amazing experience. Classy and impressive villas, infrastructure, and last but not least service! We loved every moment of our stay. We also stayed, in the same trip, at another 5-star establishment in the same vicinity but we all enjoyed Premier Village much better. Highly highly recommended!
Staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice. In house restaurant was fantastic. Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant.
The hotel is brand new, so I would strongly recommend it, just by that virtue alone. But on top, the staff was amazing - very friendly and organized they were drugging our baggage, calling us taxi and opening doors for us 24/7. The placement of the hotel is also great - just one block away from a lot of night life and the night bazaar. If I would recommend something that is the increase the temperate of the swimming pool on the top floor to make it more pleasant for swimming.
Terrific boat and service. I did not like that we could not sit wherever we wanted at the restaurant. We ended up seating next people that don't speak English.
It was an unforgettable experience! The room where we stayed was overlooking the vast bay and it was beautiful. The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. Truly a Five-Star experience for our family. Shout out to Ms. Kim (the cruise manager), Ms. Erin (server), and Mr. Tran (swim & kayaking), they took very good care of us!
The Song Loc Luxury is a beautiful hotel. It seems to be brand new and very nicely decored. We slept in the most comfortable bed and the bathroom was big with a wonderful shower. The hotel is conveniently located, with a huge indoor market right across the street. The breakfast was made to order and delicious.
We did not see any other guests here but imagine that the summer it is quite hoppin. This is a terrific place to stay. A cruise on Ha Long Bay was arranged for us, it’s something you don’t...
Very fancy hotel! Super clean and the view is amazing. The only thing I’d say is it’s very out of the way, and there is no food options around either. The restaurants in the hotel has a weird vibe, no one is ever there, pretty empty.. it’s hard to order a grab or order food delivery because grab doesn’t allow their driver to enter this area.. you’d need to take the taxi out.
A lovely time on boat with Alisa Cruise ! Everything was great especially the food and people on boat. All are very friendly and good young looking people. Our room was on the 2nd deck so we got a big view which was really pleasant to me for my morning favorite " morning coffe time" . Itinerary would be perfect if can extend longer but over all very pleasant stay.
