"You are able to take a taxi to the ground reservations area of the hotel. From there you catch the cable car up to the top of the mountain and check into your room. You pay extra for the cable car and have the option to arrange a buffet dinner at the hotel as well. The hotel is spread over approximately five different buildings all only a short walk from the cable car station. It was a good experience walking around once the crowds have gone especially when it is foggy. The lights get turned off in the early hours of the morning however so they are not on early in the morning if you are getting up for Sunrise. With respect to seeing sunrise over the golden bridge, the first cable car is at 6 am and in order to see the sunrise I think you can only do this between December and March when Sunrise occurs after the cable car has opened. When we were there in September the cable car started at 6am but Sunrise was at 5:25 a.m. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive, the buffet dinner was so-so in my opinion. Overall Ba Na Hills and Sun world is a quirky place and walking around it is quite surreal. I would do it again... maybe when it's less foggy and raining."

"Everything was super nice here. Breakfast was fantastic. The gym equipment was modern. The pool and view from the pool was fabulous. Hung and Nhi checked us in and maintained contract throughout our stay to ensure everything was ok. I will stay here again on my next visit"

"I stayed at Red Palace Hotel for 8 days and 7 nights, and I was absolutely delighted with my experience from start to finish. While it isn't the fanciest hotel and did seem a little run down in places, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had no issues with the hotel at all. My room was cleaned every day by two lovely housekeeping ladies who did an excellent job. They changed my used towels daily, scrubbed the toilet, emptied the rubbish bins, refilled the complimentary water bottles, and made the bed beautifully each day. Their attention to detail and consistency were truly appreciated. Everything in my room worked perfectly. I had no problems with the air conditioning, the toilet, or the hot and cold water in either the sink or the shower. Breakfast was included with my stay; however, I didn't try it as I'm a bit of a fussy eater! 😄 One unexpected bonus was the hotel's location. Although it's on a main road, the hotel sits back from the street, so I barely noticed any traffic noise or beeping during my stay, which made it nice and peaceful. The biggest bonus of all was the value for money. For what I paid for my 7-night stay, I honestly couldn't have asked for more. Overall, my stay was comfortable, clean, and hassle-free. I would happily stay at Red Palace Hotel again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for affordable accommodation with excellent housekeeping and great value."
