I stay at hotels 3 weeks out of a month for work. I would rate The Nog Inn as one of the best I have stayed at. The customer service and quality was impeccable. William and Amy, the owners, are a delight. The food, service and quality of the property was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.
A great experience staying at this hotel, very friendly staff, restaurant with great good and reasonable price, awesome breakfast which you can order from the restaurant menu, spacious room.....things are better than you thought with that price in England.
Perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Jurassic coast or if visiting Somerset only would criticise the pink toilet paper in the white bathroom .The beds are also too comfy I overslept one morning
Couldn’t fault anything! What an amazing place an amazing couple. We are Brits having lived in US for many years. Back for a family wedding and to reunite with old friends. The farmhouse is wonderful. They let me pretend it was my own fabulous home
I absolutely loved my stay. However, on Friday evening they played the same disco song on repeat for hours and hours. I didn’t complain but surprised no one did. Still, highly recommend!
The owners and staff made us feel like family. They were very welcoming and fun. Breakfast was delicious each morning. White Hart was filled with warm, a sense of community and felt like returning home each evening.
Can I give this hotel 10 stars?! we fell completely in love with this hotel, staff dining room. And most importantly, the bar! The food was amazing and very personal touches when they checked you into your room. It is off of the beaten path, but we would definitely stay here when visiting again!
This is an old-fashioned tavern with an inn. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, as were the local patrons. The included breakfast consisted of fresh fruits, cured meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, toast, juice, milk, etc.
We ate dinner at their restaurant the night we arrived and it was tasty traditional English food. I had a very nice fish and chips while my wife had a delicious meat pie.
The beds were a bit soft for my liking, but I slept comfortably. I could do without the green...
We spent two very comfortable nights with a modern room and bath, nice breakfasts, and one nice dinner. The inn is in a tiny village with a picturesque ruined castle and church nearby, close to Stourhead and Longleat.
Travelled with husband and adult daughter. Two rooms. Both great. Staff so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! Told us where to fund great parking near the tourist sites, and which buses to catch! Food was great. Rooms very comfy!
