The hotel is located in Bispham, to the north of Blackpool, but with good, fast connections via tram to the town and the area is quieter. The room was simple, very small and a little cold at this time of year, but the bed was fine and the shower and bathroom offered all that was required. There are teamaking facilities in the room.
