I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. Every staff member was at our service. The view and location were amazing. It was a very quiet retreat to return to and within walking distance of everything. Very lovely hotel! Room is clean and spacious with beautiful view stepping out on balcony. Breakfast is beautiful and delicious with so many choices, in a beautiful restaurant with amazing indoor ambiance and outdoor view! Super nice staff! Dog friendly! Easy parking. We feel privileged to stay at this hotel. We wish to come back for longer stay next time.

It was a Nice architecture this hotel. Not modern, but really nice look. Spacy rooms, heard the sea from your room. Beautiful village on the beach, perfect. I defiantly come back.

this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit

I loved the unique theme and feel to this hotel. It’s a one minute walk to the metro and the famous tram line; however, the area it’s located in isn’t the safest. Every day we encountered people on drugs outside (but they were harmless in our case and we had no issues). Just some strange characters. But the hotel itself is fabulous and they offer unique extras and a copious breakfast! As a woman I would only stay in this area with a male partner and suggest coming back a little before 10pm....

I booked this hotel for my daughter who is studying abroad and wanted to visit Lisbon. Because she'd be traveling alone, I did a lot of research of all the hotels, the neighborhoods, safety, things to do, places to eat, etc. before deciding this hotel seemed like the best choice. My daughter confirms! In her words, the hotel was GREAT! The staff were very kind and super helpful. The views from the room are amazing and it was so pretty. They have a large breakfast selection. Great location by markets, shopping, and great restaurants. The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was great. Loved everything about our stay.

I loved the hotel, simple with comfy bed. The location is great, across the street is a hub for all the tours, downtown is less than a mile walk down nice street with expensive stores. The downtown is 20 min by walk, nice and quiet. There is a little market where you can get water , there is a refrigerator. Shopping mall 10 min walk on one street. If you are looking for a comfy bed, this is the place, taxi to airport at 3am 18 euro, regular time 10-15 euro, 15 -20 min ride
