"Great place and awesome hosts"

"I love how close our stay was to everything within the town, it brought a combination of calm, adventure and joy, within walking distance. The staff are welcoming and the community that Perry st Hotel sits in makes it even more the reason to stay. This is our second stay here in the library suite and it was exceptional, room cleaned daily a home away from home and definetly brought a sense of calm to our very busy life."

"close to the city, clean, spacious, well maintained, easy parking.. great stay overall"

"CheckIn easy, good size and clean rooms, bonus to have a little kitchenette."

"Very easy check in, the place was neat and spotless, and easy to park at. Will be staying there again in future."

"Having lived on a similar rural acreage for close to 40 years we had some idea of what to expect. This stay far exceeded our expectations, a stay of only two days. Upon arrival instantly approached by the host, Robbie, a most charming and obliging host. There is nothing that is not supplied in the way of food, beverages and household amenities. To arrive there is as much as arriving at home. Top marks for Robbie's hospitality. 5 stars!"

"We had a lovely 4 night stay at Birches. It's a short drive from the town centre but very quiet overnight, although depending on wind direction you can hear traffic start on the highway before dawn. The amenities were top notch, the breakfast fantastic and the hosts very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Very clean, very well appointed with appliances, loved the fire place"

"Great place to stay within easy walking distance to pubs and clubs. Tidy and quiet location."

"Faultless. Room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful restaurant GIGI's in the hotel with the fabulous Alex as your hostess. Small but well equipped gym, steam room and a Day Spa. Minutes from city centre."
