"The room was clean the stuff was amazing they were extremely helpful. Parking is a real struggle in mardin but they helped us to find parking. It was a great experience we had. We only wish they had crib for baby it will be better but we managed it well. "
"This property is very special, in the heart of Mardin, close to everything in the old city and the family which runs the hotel is very welcoming and helpful - even beyond your stay they will go above and beyond to ensure you have a good journey."
"Beautiful hotel and amazing room in a historic Mardin stone building. The owner/manager, Ibrahim was a gracious and generous host, whose friendly helpfulness was above and beyond. By far the best of any of the hosts of all the places we stayed during our long vacation in Turkey."
"We had a lovely stay at Ankahan and Mehmet was the best and helped us with everything and was a good friend. The hotel was centrally located, just a short walk to everything. We also felt like queens staying in our room, it was gorgeous. We only wished we could have had breakfast on the terrace as they have such an amazing view. We did however have tea or coffee. I would not stay at another place in Mardin and would recommend everyone to stay at Ankahan."

Nuh and all his staff were wonderful and accommodating. It was a pleasure spending time with all of them in such a warm, wonderful, and welcoming city. Made for the perfect trip.

First time visiting this hotel and I got impressed. The hotel is convenient located in the old city of Mardin. The staff is very helpful. The offers a dinner and a love show with an extra charge. The food and the music is wonderful. I traveler as a female solo travel and I feel very safe all the time. I will definitely come back
Absolutely wonderful room! The service from the gentlemen working at the hotel was outstanding (the woman who worked at the front desk was not very friendly). The breakfast was lovely and delicious. My biggest complaint is that they did not clear the snow and ice on the stone stairs and pathways to get to and from the hotel, so it felt quite dangerous to leave the hotel (to get dinners, for example). I don’t understand why, days after the snow, they hadn’t done the work to make getting around...
