Very kind staff, helpful. Great breakfast in the morning. It's 6km before arriving to Sarria on the Camino. This walk is great and peaceful because at Sarria, it gets more crowded.

Wonderful stay on Camino in private room. Lovely staff checked us in. Room clean and comfortable. Laundry was easy, big areas, connected restaurant nearby, was good.Beautiful location.

Nuria was super kind helpful great food called the taxi for us.

It’s a very small place, the room doesn’t have hairdryers . But the services , the lady at front desk amazing, very kindly and helpful.

This property is along the Camino Frances trail. It is 2 blocks to the 62 steps in Sarria. Dining options were plentiful within a block. We stayed for one night and it was comfortable and reasonable.

We were very impressed with customer service. When we arrived, the room had been double booked. We opened the door to our room and someone else's stuff was there. We contacted the host and he came running to the property to solve the problem. He apologized inmensely about the error and put us up in one of their beautiful apartments instead. Mi estancia en dp Cristal fue muy buena. Tiene una ubicación inmejorable justo a la salida rumbo a Portomarín pero en una zona con restaurantes, bares, etc. El hotel es extremadamente tranquilo y mi cuarto estaba impecable, parecía recién remodelado. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Si no califique al personal fue porque te mandan todo por adelantado y no tienes necesidad de contactar a nadie en la propiedad.
