Some things we really enjoyed about our experience here: the location is excellent for access to the whole city (it’s within walking distance of the Duomo, Galleria, and the castle); the air conditioning was great after we spoke to the front desk and they helped us cool the room down; the complimentary breakfast and daily free drink for apertivo was delightful; the room was quite large for a city hotel and the bathroom was an excellent size."

We have stayed here several times when we have early morning flights from Linate. The hotel has recently been remodeled and has become more attractive as well as super convenient (with free shuttle) to and from the airport
I stayed in this hotel to be near the Milan Linate airport. I took a taxi from the airport and returned in the am by taxi it was about a 10 minute ride but cost was 29 Euros on return presumably because it was 4AM. The intriguing feature was a covered area that you could park 2 cars outside the door of the room. I am american so this may be a Motel in Europe. The staff were very accommodating and everything was clean. The night staff even made me an espresso before I checked out.
About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan
I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...
This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....
We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos.
Walking to train station easily.
We have been to Milan 15 times and always stayed in 5 star hotels at a big price.. Spadari-four stars and a very fair price- is a great Hotel. Do have dinner there. A small menu, but excellent.
Front desk staff were all very friendly, and very helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent! Very convenient to Milan Central Station. Room was small, but very clean, modern and served us well for a four night stay.
This is our 3rd time staying here. Great location, staff go above and beyond. And this weekend they are opening a small bistro which will be great for pre dinner drinks or a light lunch, I’ll tell you once we’ve scoped it.
I won't be able to say enough, the welcome, the facility, the staff, the location, the services, the food all go beyond expectations. This is truly a wonderful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood yet central enough to reach everything. The staff are beyond helpful and made our stay wonderful from the check in to the last moment. Thank you everyone. It is definitely on our list of hotels to recommend and to visit again. This hotel is located right around the corner from the metro, making it easier to get around Milan. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The shower was very interesting in as much as there was a shower "nook" in the tub but no shower curtain. I was told this is a European thing, with baths bring preferred. Not my preference but it worked. Breakfast was included and consisted of a large variety of pastries, eggs, fruits, and juices. Would definitely stay...
