Very nice hotel with ample parking. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were very accommodating.

Just wish the gym was open 24 hours that was about the only small issue I had

The lady that was at breakfast she made good coffee

A nice and convenient hotel in a very beautiful place, one of the most wonderful I have seen in my current trip. The nearest parking is not always available at evening, I recommend to arrive early

What an amazing experience! I travel tons for work and have stayed in various parts of Europe and North America. I am used to first tier and first world amenities. So I was really disappointed when our travel agent booked us a hotel in Ravenna with visible bed bugs. The staff was very helpful, we were going to miss the 11pm check in deadline because of a train delay, the staff stayed until 1130 for us to make sure we had a place to stay. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi for our cruise and the staff found a way to get us there. Very helpful, very nice. One room for 8 people was great too. We were able to keep our family together in one room. Would stay again

The staff at this facility are exceptional! They pay attention to all details and make themselves available to help out in any way. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing for the affordable price they charge.

Hotel Fontanelle is in a small town. There is a superb restaurant (pizzeria notte) and the surrounding area is quintessential Italy. Just check your bus schedule, and be patient with the late arrivals.

I stayed here in order to visit the Basilica del Sant'Apollinare in Class. Warm welcome, great food especially the half board offer for hotel guest. Many thanks for the ride to the train station in the rain. I would stay here again and would recommend to my friends, family and strangers alike as you will be welcomed here. The bar and restaurant was full of locals, always a good sign.
