The staff are wonderful: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which makes the stay even more special. The location is also perfect - right in the center of Jena, making everything easily accessible. "Absolutely fantastic! We booked because of the MagC anime Convention and i have to say that the Hotel was one of the reasons this weekend. We will definitely try to go next year. And we will definitely try to get a room in the same Hotel. So awesome! "

"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."

"The real stand-out was the breakfast. It had absolutely everything, including champagne. The staff were generally friendly, although we did overhear a conversation where one member of staff was the opposite of friendly. Otherwise, staff were just wonderful. Our room was roomy ... the bed was a dream. Haven't slept so well for years. It is expensive, but the breakfast was worth every cent!"
