We visited friends nearby and were very pleased to find this beautiful Schloss-Hotel for us to stay in - which was away from the vacation apartment they were staying in! Great hotel in a great location. I only rated the staff as a 3 since they did not speak much english which made communication difficult. Room was very nice with a large bedroom and a separate living/dining/kitchen. The bathroom was very clean and included an enclosed shower. Nice view out of the front of the hotel to the lake. Easy walking distance to the city center. Free parking, free internet which worked very well. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel and the location.

Vermisst wurde: Duschgel im Schwimmbadbereich und ebenfalls im Wohnbereich. Selbst Handseife war im Wohnbereich sehr spärlich vorhanden. Täglicher Handtuchservice wäre wünschenswert. Bad/Toilette architektonisch leider eine kleine Katastrophe.
The Ibertel Fleesensee is a great hotel for short or longer stays. The location on the lake is beautiful and it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The hotel mainly caters to German tourists that like to use the spa, so many guests are in robes during the day, but for business travelers this is also a great hotels with good facilities and great staff.
