"Best FRA airport hotel choice when your flight is cancelled. Very comfortable bedding and excellent blackout drapery. Two restaurants onsite, one open until 1 am. Hotel is located adjacent to the Terminal 1, Area A Lufthansa check-in hall. To access the airport hotels, one must go up one level and across the elevated walkway."

"5-star hotel in central Frankfurt. Rooms are impeccable, great pillows, mattresses, entertainment. Situated close to everything. Staff are all highly trained and spectacular. Very expensive but you get what you pay for. Would avoid restaurant "Oscar's-" overpriced and poor service/food average at best. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Avoid "Valet" parking- public parking garage across street 25 Euro/day and that's where valet parks car and charges 45 Euro/day"

"Checking in on 24 Dec was a breeze. The free shuttle bus from the airport was on time and check in was quick. Room was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Only minor issue is that only 1 large bath towel was provided person. There was also no hand towel for the kitchen area. Nespresso machine and microwave was new and tiptop. Front desk on 25 Dec were the friendliest warmest Germans I’ve met so far and without tip! Subway is really close by - about 2.50euros to the airport so that’s an alternative if you don’t want to pay 6euros for the shuttle to the airport. Also there is a city tax of 6euros to be paid at check in by card. "
