Nice place right by all the major attractions in the area. The entrance is the same as the secret bar but once we found it, it was easy to find afterwards. The staff was very friendly and helped us when we needed it. Only thing we didn't know was you need your room key to be into the slot in the wall to have anything like lights turned on. 12pm check out was also nice so we weren't rushed to get out. Would stay here again if we were in the area again!

Kaiserstühler Hof is a wonderful, traditional German hotel/restaurant, building on generations of service starting as the standard "post office hotel" that one finds in many German towns and cities. We loved every aspect of it, except that we happened to be in Breisach during a heat wave. Temperature was in the 90s, and this venerable hotel does not have air-conditioning.
