Great location, clean, good value for the money, professional & helpful staff. My only critique is that the coffee & tea are awful, just awful. Because of that, I don’t think the breakfast is worth the expense, I ended up buying coffee out. Despite that, I would stay at the property again and can recommend it.

It is an absolutely gorgeous hotel in a great location. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. I liked that you could put a sign on your door to plant a tree rather than have your room cleaned as an option.
Charming and offbeat, in a perfect location for easy walking access to Antwerp's major historic sites and shopping district. The room was lovely and the breakfast buffet superb!
The hotel was great , good location also but what really stood out for me was the staff. They were extremely helpful , always in a great mood and were extremely attentive to all of our needs. The staff to me was the highlight of This hotel.

It was great! we had an executive suite , traveled as family of 4, had a very nice huge room with a king size bed and 2 twin size beds. they left water for us, had a mini bar in the room, AC, nice big bath room with a separate shower and a bath tub. Breakfast was very good and I loved the view where we ate breakfast. Staff was super useful, nice, kind and friendly. Location was walking distance to all shops , restaurants etc. Absolutely loved staying there.Thanks
Arass Business Aparthotel is conveniently located a few kilometers from the Antwerp city center, with the easy access to E19 motorway. It has an ample covered car parking in the inner yard (at the extra fee), entrance from the main street, very easy to park and get in and out.

Great location near shops and restaurants. Room was clean, adequately supplied and quiet. The hotel lobby was large and inviting with tables and chairs as well as as large sofas to relax. We loved the free coffee and the aperitivo hour. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfectly located for all tourist sites. Highly recommend Banks Antwerp.

The heating in our room wasn't working, so they moved us (four people) to two rooms.
