and I had a wonderful time at the Rim Resort. The staff was so warming and attentive. We definitely felt very welcomed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast amazing, they even opened the buffet 15minutes earlier so we can have some food before leaving for our tour at 7am. So many special details that made our stay amazing 😀"

"The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site.
On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources.
Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am."

"Great small boutique hotel. It is In the center of town close to many shops dining yet it is hidden and quiet. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. The rooms are nice and cozy. My only complaint would be the beds are a bit hard but it is expected in Thailand. Great stay. "

As it was near the airport, I could here the plane sound and music from nearby pub. However, sound was bearable for a light sleeper like me. Noise stopped by midnight. So i has a good sleep...

"The place is nicely decorated and very clean. We love the poolside and the room is spacious. Kitchen facilities is good. Staff is friendly and nice. Price is reasonable.everything is fine and all of us liked this villa a lot. The main thing is that they will try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We surely will come back."

The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. Also food on site was great."

"We had a lovely stay here - very relaxing after downtown Chiang Mai. I had thought it would be even more remote but it is surrounded by the paddy fields and sunsets are beautiful. There is only one place to eat on the property and home cooked meals take time, but for anything else you need to take a Grab, Gorgeous swimming pool, and lovely setting"

"The rooms are clean, great layout. I had a real problem with the wifi. It was so slow and then just turn off. I told them and they tried to fix it but was still not great. I had free breakfast but never went ...... not good. The pool was nice but you lost the sun around noon. There is a bar right beside the hotel that played loud music until midnight. "
