Very nice for a business hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful at checkin. The room was small, but clean and smelled good. Good access to power and wifi was good enough for video calls. Onsen was readily available and clean, which was useful as the unit shower/toilet in the room is very small. Other guests were quite quiet to which can be important in a business travel oriented place. Breakfast was buffet style and tasted good.

We stayed at the Dormy Club primarily for its location near the Bird Sanctuary but we found it had much more to recommend it. Our room was basic but very comfortable. The hot mineral bath facility was excellent with both an indoor and outdoor bath both of which were easy to access from our room. We were also pleased to find that many nice restaurants and breakfast places were nearby. The Dormy Club staff spoke English and were very kind to us.

Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. We especially loved the wood burning stove in the cabin and used it during a snowstorm to have the coziest night of our trip. I highly recommend anyone interested take advantage of this...
