As soon as the taxi arrive at the entrance, staff was ready to greet us, help with the luggage, drinks, and check-in process They have a shuttle that pick people up from Odawara station and Gora station that we did not use. We did use it to get from hotel to Gora station though Breakfast is good. Dinner was also great but both nights had similar dinner"

Property had everything you could want. Public/private onsen, big breakfast buffet selection, and tons of space to hang out and relax. Free snacks and beer every evening as well. Recommend"
