I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation.

The hotel was great all around. The transportation to Disney Parks was the deal breaker. So convenient! The shower/body products provided were wonderful. Perfect stay.

The staff are very friendly. The room feels new and well maintained. Although the building is lacking a taxi pick up and drop off area, but there’s a monorail train station within a short walking distance.
The sea view of the room is amazing. It is convenient to transport because there is subway station close to the hotel. And there is a shopping mall nearby. Strongly recommend.
It appeared that the hotel has three separate buildings clustered close together. I stayed in the main building, which had a simple, compact design that was functional, clean, and comfortable.
The older gentleman with glasses at the front desk was especially courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant.

Loved our stay. I will say the room is very small for US standards but great for 2 people. Very accommodating and clean. Wifi worked well , no issues. Loved having the convenient store right downstairs ( great for late night snacks). Check out was super easy. Both bus and train station within walking distance. Would stay again
