My wife and I were pleasantly surprise with the overall appearance of the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. While we only spent 7 hours in the hotel, we were impressed with what we experienced. The staff spoke very good English, and they were very helpful and friendly, We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the Busan-Gimhae Airport. The hotel doesn't offer shuttle service, and the drive to the airport is about 20-30 minutes. We definitely would recommend this hotel to...

This hotel was so luxurious! There's a full clothing steamer that worked excellently at getting the wrinkles out of my dress. The bathroom water pressure for the shower was to die for! The toilet seat was heated and had bidet which was very nice. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were really nice on my neck after the long days. Very spacious and a large TV to watch movies, etc. The vanity mirror area was really nice for applying makeup and skincare! I really appreciated the Samsung...

This is an extremely nice 5 star quality hotel. Just beautiful! The only downside, is the plumbing. Korea has upgraded their country to First World, EXCEPT in the area of plumbing. They do NOT trap their pipes, which lets the awful sewer smells come back in to the rooms. It' s sad that they go to so much trouble building these gorgeous, luxurious hotels, and then they don't do something as simple as trap the pipes. I would stay here again, and probably will, but Korea in general needs to update...
