I saw a lot of mixed reviews online... but people need to consider this hotel JUST opened! And, it's opened in an up and coming University neighbourhood... not all the apartments in the area are full yet, and people are still not traveling as much as they used to.
So for me, this place was perfect as I was simply traveling through, I was able to find a parking spot easily over night, and the hotel and surrounding area supplied everything I needed.

Excellent modern property. Not real easy to get to reception area if you’re driving. A bit confusing when you pull up and it’s a busy corner to be confused.
Check in was a breeze. Room was immaculately clean. Double bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very attentive. Breakfast offerings were about average for a hotel. Dining menu was limited, but presented well. Dining staff was shorthanded as all restaurants or hotels seem to be these days, but were very attentive to requests. If you are renting a car to hotel, be prepared to stay in public parking garage around the corner about a two minute walk from hotel. We used Uber to get to local...
Staff were lovely and accommodating when I asked for a quieter room than the one I was originally assigned. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable.

Welcoming staff, convenient location. It was a really good place to stay, and convenient for the town centre. I parked the car and left it at the hotel until it was time to leave, two days later.
The food was excellent, from the bar meal the first evening to the excellent buffet breakfasts.

Wonderful, tastefully updated property. No detail has been overlooked. Host is very friendly, although a bit too much though. He was very kind, but some people just prefer to be left alone.
We like the location as we can park at north station (for a fee - £16 for the weekend) which is right next to the hotel, and jump on the train into the city centre. Well maintained, new hotel, with spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. Nice staff. Small pool, gym, and sauna (which can get busy) and a really good breakfast buffet. Will return, outside of school holidays to make better use of the wellness facilities.
The room was clean and the staff were excellent. There is a large sitting room off the reception area that is a great place to meet people or just rest with your party during the visit, which is fantastic. The only challenge was the fire alarm in the room had a VERY bright light that ultimately had to cover with a towel to get off to sleep. Also, the windows aren't great at drowning out the road noise, which is a common issue in hotels on these busy roads, so be sure to bring ear plugs with you....
