This hotel was a gem. The outside of the hotel does not do justice to the inside condition which was bright, clean, and inviting. The staff was very personable and ready to assist. There was no minibar but the restaurant was quick to provide hot water or other minimal food needs.
Beautiful boutique hotel. Really big room with high ceilings and wonderful bathroom. The staff are very helpful and responsive (WhatsApp). Parking a few minutes. A short walk to Dali Museum. The breakfast was a good deal too. Lots of choice. Nice sitting areas inside or in open courtyard.
Carmen and Alicia are excellent hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and gave great dining and site seeing recommendations. All their rooms have private baths which are extremely clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the full breakfast was outstanding! We had eggs, cheese and ham, juice, homemade cake and coffee. There is private access to the 18 hole Pitch and Putt next door and Carmen called and got us a tee time and even leant us her personal clubs, gloves and balls! (It takes...
Yolanda was super friendly and helpful, we spoke French which was easier for her to understand, but her English was much better than our Spanish, LOL. So, our Franglais was a good compromise. She gave us a map of Figueres and offered us tips on where it is safer to walk, and where it was safer to take a taxi (average 12€ - 15€) to all locations around town. It cost around 14€ to go from the train station to Ibis Styles Ronda. Overall, the check-in experience was very helpful and professionally...
The building is old with rustic look. All the amenities, staff, and breakfast was great. All the shopping , restaurants, museums is right around the corner, making it easy to get around. If every I return to Figures I will absolutely stay Hotel President Sercotel.
Peace of heaven! So relaxed and feels like home! Family run business, owners very involved and cares about little things.
We filled cared and heard.Very good experience.
Great location and easy parking behind the hotel. Beautiful views from my room and the breakfast was good with plenty of options.
Coffee wasn't great and breakfast should be included.
Lovely small hotel. Nice clean rooms . Very good choice of breakfast , including eggs cooked how you like them . Shame that no dinner was available due to end of season. Easy to get to off motorway.
Location, a few minutes walk from the Dali museum is ideal. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking is in the underground garage a short walk away. Pretty easy to manage once you figure out where it is. Would definitely stay again.
