It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach.
A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room.

This is a really nice hotel for the price. The location is probably 30 mins away from the 2 best beaches on the island. Not to mention the location is also by a beach that has some great waves and even a soccer stadium with a track. It's also by some good resturants. breakfast in the morning was amazing and staff was super nice. Definitely give it a try. Oh and there are cats all over the place outside of the hotel that the hotel helps feed, pretty cool just watching cats come and go haha.
My and my boyfriend really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was hospitable and helpful, trying to make your stay comfortable. Our room was well-cleaned daily. It had two separate beds, one next to another, two bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk with two chairs, mirrror and little fridge. We booked room with beautiful sea view (little more expensive) from large balcony with small plastic table and two chairs. We visited the Resort off season (mid-october) and did not reap its benefits. The resort located in Agia Marina (15km from Chania Town). The resort is split into two sections (across the road) and connected via overpass. The section closer to the beach has rooms with individual swimming pools, separate breakfast buffet, underground parking lot with elevator. The section across the road has much larger buffet, all hotel services such as concierge, spa, shops, conference rooms, hotel rooms... Both...
We had an excellent stay at Eden Beach Hotel. The staff was fabulous. They helped us figure out which adventures to do to maximize our short time in the area. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was very nice. I hope to stay there again.

If there's anything that needs improvement, it would be the size of the bathroom. Way too tight. We are medium built yet you hit the walls or even the shower fixtures while in it.
The staff was more than welcoming and our room with the hot tub on the balcony really put this place over the top! The breakfast buffet served daily was delicious and it was a perfect location for taking day trips in the rental car! We would definitely stay here again!!
Had a beautiful time was very taken care of by staff left us the cutest Honeymoon decor in our room. Lots of kids but didn’t bother us at all. Was in a perfect spot to rent a car walk the beach have dinner.

Vi hade en fin vistelse på Porto Kalamki. Vårt rum var nyrenoverat, rymligt och mycket välstädat. Att vi fick rummet högst upp med den bästa havsutsikten förstärkte såklart vår upplevelse. The hotel is clean and quiet and has everything you need during your stay in Chania, including parking. The people are very kind and it's very easy to move around between Kalamaki, Chania town and Platanias by car or bus. The pool area is very relaxing.
