This property was nicely maintained and the facilities were amazing. I also loved the convenient complimentary shuttle ride to and from the city.

The staff went out of their way to switch our room so we could check in early after arriving on an overnight train. Throughout our stay the staff were continually helpful and welcoming. The location is an easy walk to everything in town. Highly recommended.

Internet was maintainable though trying to use the Tv streaming the movie selection's that were available was difficult due to spotty internet..it works for all items I carry on business trips such as Phones and Laptops..Other than that this place was 😍 the room was big the restroom was big definitely made us feel special the staff was awesome too

I attempted to call to get ice delivered to my door, but the female receptionist said “You will need to come down here and get it”. For that reason I did not spend any money at the restaurant or room service there. I think they need to be further trained.

The staff service is absolutely amazing! Tam, the host was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone who values excellent customer service. Plus, it’s budget-friendly, making it a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

The homestay is a 15 min GRAB ride to Sapatown. The rooms were large and spacious.

Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel. The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best!

The location was nice.

I’m an American traveling with 3 Vietnamese from the south. Staff speaks great English and treated us like VIP’s the entire time. They suggested and booked activities and rented us motorbikes all at a very reasonable cost. The area is safe for walking around with restaurants, shops, night market and the town square nearby. Loved the staff. They work very hard to make you comfortable. The hotel was nice, just needs a little freshening up. The location/view would have been incredible. Unfortunately we picked a foggy weekend for our visit.
