We absolutely loved our stay at Amata Lanna. The hotel itself was beautiful and welcoming. Our rooms were airy, open and large. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, including the owner who we had the pleasure of meeting. Someone was always there to help with questions/suggestions and calling cabs to get around. The location was great, only about a 10 minute cab ride into the Old City. The breakfast that they provide is delicious and fresh. The only issue we had was when coming back...

Charming property located within walking distance from shopping and a short tuk tuk ride from old town.
Enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast by the pool and views of it from our royal grand deluxe room that included extras, such as travel amenities and snacks.
My wife and I treated ourselves to two massages. My regrets are not having one everyday. It is a must have in this Hotel as well as the breakfast buffet.

This was such a nice place. While it was a bit outside of the main town, the decor was great and welcoming. They were such excellent hosts and went the extra mile to accommodate us and help us feel comfortable. Great breakfast and lovely pool on the rooftop. We loved our stay!
The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rody at the front desk, as well as the entire concierge staff were very helpful and arranged everything, from airport transfer, tour packages, dinner reservations, etc perfectly and with warm smile and chat. I had a great time. The dim sum restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced.
We absolutely loved our stay there! Such fantastically nice service. A lot more included in the room than they advertise up front, tons of snacks and drinks, etc. Rooms are beautifully kept classic designs, with extremely high ceilings.
Staff is up there for the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Just extremely kind and helpful, with a good sense of humor, and never overbearing or "too present".

Beautiful new hotel is located in a great location; close to all the eateries, coffee shops, night markets. Spacious clean room with items including shampoo, conditioners, body gel, toothbrushes, slippers and robes. Delicious breakfast is provided daily. Every staff members were professional, extremely helpful, and courteous. Highly recommended. Very pleased with our stay. Definitely will return again.
We had a really pleasant stay at Phor Liang Meun Terracotta. The hotel is beautiful and it is very well maintained. The room was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is very attentive and polite and the breakfast is delicious. If I come back to Chiang Mai I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

What a wonderful hotel!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They willing made reservations, called for transportation and gave suggestions about sights. Hotel location is outside of old city which makes it a quiet retreat in a very active city but it is close enough to city for easy walking access.
