"The hotel is pretty strict with check in time.. even tho I was only half an hour early for the 3pm check in time; there’s no negotiation but the staff did this with lots of smiles and apologies. By time 3pm came there was a long queue of other people who also like me waited for to check in. Must be cos I was grumpy not to be able to check in, one of the front desk remembered and check me in without queuing which I really appreciated and I only called on housekeeping to help me sort out screen mirroring to my iPhone rather late; they were able to sort that out (their tv can only mirror Samsung phones 😅) I highly recommend a stay at this hotel… I wished I was in Daejeon for more than 1 night…. "
"Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this big hotel. Very upscale, clean, and spacious room. Hotel parking was kinda complicated as the parking lot was shared with the shopping mall next door. Was told initially that there’s 12 people ahead of us to check in so we needed to wait our turn. Then within minutes we were given our key to the room. Not quite sure what happened there. "
"Place still looks new. Very clean but sits on business district kind of far from main streets.Still, There were enough restaurants steps aways from the hotel. Had a great morning walk from near lake. Would come back again than go to Daejeon. Sejong city is well planned city and can easily find parking spaces, stores etc. where at Daejeon, had to struggle to find any parking for restaurants nor stores. "
"High class feel with a welcoming lobby reception - high ceiling, shiny walls and floors.
We stayed in the family room which was spacious with comfy beds. The bathroom was well partitioned and clean.
The laundry facility was handy and free parking was appreciated.
The only down side was that apart from the outlet across the parking lot, any other shops and restaurants were a bit of a walk. The included breakfast was a bit of a joke too.
I would recommend this place especially if u had your own car or don’t mind calling in a taxi to get around."
"The pillow was too low and small. When asked two more pillows for myself and my wife, the front asked extra charge.
The noise from outside was loud enough prevented us from keeping us awake. We used ear plugs to make a sleep. When checked in the morning, it was from the heat pumps. There were large number of heat pumps two level down of the window. "
