Everything was great! The only negative was the quiet hours start at 9pm and they expect you to be inside your villa. So if you are trying to have a night party it may not work.
The staff was absolutely outstanding exactly what you would expect at a grand Hyatt hotel. The indoor pool was wonderful so was the spa. It's a beautiful island getaway perfect for relaxation. Exactly what I needed.
First off the staff were amazing from the moment we drove up to the property, then with urgency getting a cart for the bags, the front desk were very knowledgeable ( if they didn’t know something they found out for you) bottom line very professional but personable. They just had a soft opening 5/25, we arrived on the 28th. Not being able to speak fluent japanese they all made an effort to help me. Mr. Sunagawasan spoke a little English and he mad such an effort to accommodate me and...
I’m sure it was unavoidable, but the bathroom shower had a lot of mold around it. Also, not a lot of room for trash. Other than that we had the time of our lives and would highly recommend the resort. The spa and staff were excellent. Even the lifeguards were genuinely nice and helpful!
