First off the staff were amazing from the moment we drove up to the property, then with urgency getting a cart for the bags, the front desk were very knowledgeable ( if they didn’t know something they found out for you) bottom line very professional but personable. What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to it. Love the hotel pajamas. They are so comfortable. We rented a car and had a wonderful time exploring nearby areas and driving north. Also, we could go at our own pace and not worry about getting to the tours on time and feeling rushed through our experiences. We would love to stay here again if we return to Onna City. Very clean, great customer service, great amenities, spacious accommodations.
