We had an amazing stay at Ryotei Hanayura. The ambiance is just beautiful with Japanese cultural motif. Every piece of decor is exquisite. We had a traditional Japanese room facing the mountain with private onsen. The room is very spacious. The kaiseki breakfast and dinner were delicious. We stayed for 3 nights and our last night’s dinner was Crab kaiseki dinner, with different kinds of crab. Location: Great, just about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop, and right on the loop (shortcut path #2) of the thermal valley. Food: Generous, about 8/10. Rooms and facilities: This is an older hotel.
