The hotel is little dated, but the service is amazing. So polite and welcoming. My name was on the welcome board when we got to the hotel! The outdoor onsen is really nice. Situated at a very nice and quiet location, Suihoen was a fantastic and a high-end place to stay. Their hospitality, food, and facilities were beyond our expectations. Their indoor and outdoor Onsen were pleasant, and our room with a private Onsen was so relaxing and comfortable.
