We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).
They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!
The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system.
Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.
The location near Haneda Airport was excellent. The hotel offered a great breakfast, and there were many convenience stores just a short walk away. The rooms were small, but very clean. The train station was a few minutes walk from the hotel, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation.
A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and
/or Disneyland. Very convenient.

6 blocks from cruiseship ports. 3 blocks from chinatown. 1 1/2 blocks from airport limosine bus stop. 1/2 blk from subway. Place was very clean, very safe and at least 1 person on duty who spoke english. Staff very helpful and accomadating. Easy to get around.
호텔이 신축이라 깨끗하다. 조조마린스타디움 공연을 볼 겸 머문 호텔이었는데 만족스러웠다. 방은 두 명이서 지내기에 충분히 크고 호텔 어메니티가 좋았다. 방음도 좋은 편이었다. 역과 쇼핑몰과 가까워서 편리했으며, 1층에 세븐일레븐이 공사중인걸로 보아 신규입점 예정인 것 같다.
We slept 2 nights at this hotel to go to Disneyland and Disney sea. There is a free shuttle from Maihama bay station which is very convenient. It is very easy to access both parks and having a noon check out is amazing. Beds are comfortable, room is spacious. There is a small convenient store in the lobby to purchase snacks and a bakery for croissant and other breakfast breads items. Hotel was very convenient to both train stations. Shopping and food was working feet of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Having a CLEAN laundry room on site was very convenient. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.
The staff made everything easy for us. It was extremely helpful to have a washer/dryer and microwave. Very convenient and near a shopping area, not too far from the train station. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.
It is a beautiful hotel right next to the rail and bus system which was a huge plus for us! A mall and plenty of restaurants all within a short walking distance…free shuttle to and from Disney made traveling hassle free
