Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. His helpful advice saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable."

"Staff was most helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to the Red zone and the amenities were so nice. I appreciate the birthday cake they thoughtfully sent to my room. I wish we could have spent more time just hanging out at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was one of the best in China."
