The hotel staff were very friendly, the check-in process was quick, and the room was exactly my style.

Quick check in, Spacious room with kitchenette, staff are responsive and friendly, clean rooms, breakfast had variety, near 4 points by Sheraton and Marriott, where you can also access their services, I enjoyed my stay and would surely stay again.

This is the BEST Crowne Plaza out of Guangzhou, Shaoxing, Hangzhou, and Qingdao. The rooms are extremely clean, staff are nice, tons of places to eat nearby. Amenities are very limited because this is more of a business focused hotel near the airport. Once again, extremely clean rooms and I would definitely stay here again. I wish all the Crowne Plazas were like this one. This Crowne Plaza had such a clean room it could definitely pass for a 5 star hotel. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom...

Wonderful hotel, staff are very nice n helpful. A little out of the way, no shop or restaurants around. Breakfast is a waste of the money, lots of food but they are cold and not well prepared.

It was a delightful stay. The GM is an extremely nice individual who will help you when needed. As an American in China that frequents the Baiyun Airport this is a great place to stay especially since there are alot of horrible hotels in the vicinity. I will gladly stay here again. What I enjoyed about this hotel the most was the 5 minute walk to the airport. Check in was easy and the staff treated us nice!

First trip to China and Doubletree Hilton made it so much more enjoyable. Will be back for sure.

The breakfast buffet has a wide selection, the hotel room is huge and nice as well as the bathroom. They have free shuttle to the canton fair. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at your hotel was excellent everything was just ok,as a Muslim finding what to eat was also convenient because there are a lot of halal food close to the hotel.I will definitely come back whenever I am in Guangzhou.

Great stay at Vienna Hotel! The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. Loved that the nearby mall has an indoor ski slope—such a unique bonus! Front desk staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for business travelers. Highly recommend!
