My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark.

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.
I love the location. It’s very close to two tube stations, with the Waterloo station being my favorite. It’s very close to lower marsh street, which is a walkable street with lots of street vendors. The London eye, Big Ben and Parliament are all a 10 to 15 minute walk which will put you at the Westminster station. The room was larger than most rooms in the area for the price. We had a beautifully renovated room on the 7th floor. they were doing construction on the floor above one morning and the manager of the hotel couldn't have been nicer to make up for the disruption. very professional staff, clean, modern rooms. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to London.
Great time trying something new. The place is great and in the middle of everything! I got a single but had to upgrade to a double for more comfort. But all in all it was exactly what I needed.
Very nice modern hotel. Breakfast buffet has to be one of the best I've ever had with tons of options. Tons of dinning options within few minutes walk and several convenience/ supermarkets if you need any essentials for your travel needs. About 4 minute walk to the Underground Tube station. Usually only took 10-15 minutes to get down to the river by the London Eye or Tower of London areas. Less than 1 hour to get to Heathrow on the train

The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym.
The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street.
Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.

The location of this place is great! 12 minute walk to the British Museum, 15 minute walk to Chinatown for incredible dim sum, 7 minute walk to the theater district. half a block from the Holborn underground station and a straight 50 minute ride back to Heathrow for like $6. Faster and a lot cheaper than the ride share it took to get there.
Great place and people , very good location close enough to the city to be in the center whitin a short taxi ride and far away to be quite and pleasent.
Nearest tube is Green Park which is about as central as you can get in terms of the sights of London. Very nice Hotel, pricey but worth every penny. Stayed here for New Year, walked through green park to the Mall and watched fireworks from there. Staff were incredible but it's a four star hotel so they should be. Would definitely stay there again but need to save up first.
