Impeccable. White glove clean. I was completely comfortable from the bathroom to the bed. The bed was as comfortable as my own bed which made me sleep as if I were at home. All aspects of my stay were perfect. Dania was exceptional in making our stay complete.

Walk out of terminal 2 and across street and your there. After a long day traveling I was glad not having to take another shuttle or taxi. Check in was super easy .there is a bar and food right there in lobby. Yes the food was pretty good.

The staff was great, the food was amazing and very easy to get to and from the airport with the hotel shuttle. I would stay here again.

Clean, very convenient location. Close to shops, restaurants. Just 10 min walk from train station with trains to Milan. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. If you do not want stay in a big crowded city and be close to everything at the same time, then this is the best choice.

Very convenient if you arrive late or depart early. Easy 3 minute walk to the bus stop (it is free, between Terminal 1 and 2, the bus stop is at Casa Nouve. Nice breakfast.

We had to book this room at the last minute because Air France sucks, and I booked it right online with Expedia. It was a good price for a location fairly close to the airport... the properties at the airport were 4 TIMES higher. We used the airport shuttle which was slightly cheaper than a taxi. The room was bigger than expected! and very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a decent sized shower. They even had sealed combs and razors for free! Check-in and out were quick and seamless.

We stayed 1 night in Ibis Milano Malpensa airport last week - and it was a great stay. All staff members were helpful + attentive. Food + drink options were nice. I highly recommend this hotel when you have a 1 maybe 2 night layover stay in Milan + need to be close to the airport!

I recently spent 9 nights at this lovely hotel and was absolutely thrilled with the decision to do so. The room was smaller, which wasn't a huge deal given that it was really just to sleep and shower in with maybe some down time in between. We stayed in five different hotels during our trips and Atahotel is the best one. The room is spacious. The facility, the whole hotel is very new and big. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. There is no public transportation right outside of hotel, but the hotel provides free shuttle to the nearest subway station, which is about 5 min drive.

Great location if you need to be close to the airport. A great bonus, that breakfast was served starting 5am. Was great to have breakfast before my early morning flight. Airport shuttle is very convenient, and was only €5

I love the stay at hotel forum free breakfast was great . My only issue is the location was outside the city center it was a little difficult to get into the center on busy days traffic and the closest metro was a significant distance.. Staff was great also at night you had to enter behind the building very dark but was able to manage. If location is not a problem I highly recommend for Milan was good area with local restaurants .

Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well

What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. We typically stay in major chain hotels and our initial impression was that the location would not workout for us. However this quickly faded and our stay was quite pleasant.
