Gorgeous. We stayed here on our way to Rome for some relaxation and it was perfect. There aren’t too many rooms, but it is a huge property so you feel like you have the place to yourself. 2 pools to choose from and a hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t very warm but maybe wasn’t turned on. They give you a little sheet to fill out what you want from breakfast, and it it straight from their garden and very abundant - and free! Gorgeous place would stay again.

Excellent customer service, great food, good breakfast,!

Fabulous all around. Only slight issue was that our shower and tub were very very slow draining. This did not present overflowing problems or any adverse effects, but it was just something to be aware of in case the water level did get too high. I encourage you to stay her a few nights in a row as it is just an amazingly beautiful place with lovely hosts.

Really modern hotel, great bar and restaurant. Large spacious rooms, tastefully furnished. Friendly helpful staff, easy commute to Rome (30 mins to Roma Termini). We looked at staying in Rome, but the hotels there did not have any available parking, and I was driving a rental car. Also based on the pictures on websites the hotels in Rome seem to be old, poorly maintained and they charge premium dollars based on location only. Nice hotel great service team, industrial area, very well maintained

The property was beautifully renovated and decorated in an exquisite hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Some of the perks are the breakfast and the inside free parking. The owner is very nice and is fully passionate about her renovation project. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good place.

Small but clean ocean front hotel at reasonable price. Stayed a Saturday night, lots of very loud people, parties, music fireworks and vehicles until 2am. Seems to be party-central for locals.

Most important is the property and room were clean. The evening clerk, Rebecca, was great at check in, told me about the area and a little Italian culture as it's my first time. I usually avoid the house breakfast but this was good for the price. Morning clerk, Alissia, was also great somehow managing the dinning room and checking petout. This B&B and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They deserve 5 stars for their beautiful villa as well as their efforts to make sure you have everything that you need when staying with them. The breakfast included cold cuts, ciambelloni, tortas, nuts, breads, juices, coffee, yogurts, fruits, milk, biscotti, pastries and more. They even made eggs for my wife who is on a restricted diet. Stayed here for 2 weeks on our honeymoon. Breakfast was outstanding everything made fresh daily. Rooms clean daily. Was able to visit almost every major city in Italy from here/ very centralized. Super safe it’s gated and host gives you your own keyfob for entry/exit. Above all the hosts were amazing and super kind. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Def recommend staying here vs closer to the city and cannot beat their prices! Loved our stay here.
