Room was spotless and the directions on how to get in and how to access the property were on point. I did not realize the property was without reception when I booked, but access to someone to answer questions was easy through WhatsApp .
Such a cool and upscale place. The downstairs cafe sits atop excavated ruins you can view through glass floor. Also the manager and staff were so helpful and welcoming to us. They were so friendly, it made us feel special.

The location is very good. The only difficulty is the street where the entrance of the hotel is located . It is very narrow and a one way. Street. However, the host Mr. Hristo is very helpful and takes care of this problem very smoothly.

The staff is amazing ‘Jesse’ and Maria are warm sweet and welcoming. They helped us with every question we had: how to find delicious dining, laundromat, optician to fix my glasses, how to use website to get train tickets to our next week of travel and more.
