"The hotel is quiet without much going on but in a secluded location making it safe and secure. Really helpful staff/owner who assisted us greatly with a plan to walk and get a bus ride to Antwerp. They also helped us with an early breakfast prior to departure. Thank you!"

This is by far one the best places we have stayed in any country. In addition to a great location and a quiet part of old town, our host, Nicholas, is a thoughtful and lovely person. Hotel Franq is my first choice when I am in Antwerp—a small, beautiful, and tastefully decorated boutique hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very nice and clean, and very quiet for a hotel in the city center.
Great location, clean, good value for the money, professional & helpful staff. My only critique is that the coffee & tea are awful, just awful. Because of that, I don’t think the breakfast is worth the expense, I ended up buying coffee out. Despite that, I would stay at the property again and can recommend it.
Great location beside the train station. Easy to explore Roosendaal or nearby cities. Staff was very friendly and willing to go out of way to make sure our stay amazing
