The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The pool, steam room, hot tub, and sauna room were very relaxing. Only problem was I showed up at 1:15pm and check in was 2pm. The girl at front desk told me I had to wait. I sat in lobby and watched 3 people check in while I was waiting. Then a 4th person came and I ended up going to another girl and she checked me right away at 10 minutes to 2pm.
What a wonderful stay in Katowice! We spent two nights here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are beautifully furnished, very spacious and pleasantly quiet. Even though the tram stop is right outside the hotel, the excellent soundproof windows mean you hardly hear a thing.
We especially loved the large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window that can actually be opened. The staff at reception and at breakfast were exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful.

Great stay in Katowice! Location was great for walking and taking public transit. The room was very nice with a clean bathroom and fluffy big towels. We enjoyed the candy jars everywhere and the breakfast spread was amazing! Above aqnd beyond expectations! But the staff was the best part of our stay. The front desk reception was very nice and informative and helped us with transportation, and the bar was perfect! Open after a long day and during the day and the staff was fantastic!
This hotel was great. Clean, very quiet, and very convenient to the train station. And it’s in the middle of lots of restaurants, bars, and things to see.
The property was very clean and very secure. Having the full kitchen available was very convenient, particularly since the refrigerator was very cold, which I have discovered is relatively rare while traveling in Poland:-) the immediate area is not very walkable as far as having access to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, but Ubers and taxis are very inexpensive and we have no issues getting around.
