"We enjoyed the stay. The room was really nice. We specifically booked it for the pool and it was awesome. Its just that the pool timing is a bit off. It should at least be open until 9pm, not 7pm.

"I booked two rooms for four adults and two children. During check-in, the manager informed me that I had to pay an additional charge because the children were not included in the reservation. This was unexpected and felt unfair, as the booking details were not clearly communicated beforehand. Additionally, the check-in process took about 30 minutes, which was longer than expected and added to the inconvenience."
